How does it work?

All work on custom development projects follows these steps:

1. Contact CS-Cart Commerce and request a quote by supplying your business requirements.
2. CS-Cart Commerce will then contact you and prepare a detailed requirements document, which will be used to evalulate the level of effort needed for your requirements.
3. Once requirement documents are finalized, CS-Cart Commerce will prepare a quote and project time line for you to approve.
4. A Project Manager will work with our development team to ensure that the proejct stays on budget and on time.
5. During development, we give you a link to our test environment where you are able to view the progress of our work.
6. If you need to communicate with our development team during the course of the project, you will have access to our Customer Help Desk System, which will allow you to submit comments or questions.
7. As soon as the project is finished and you give your approval, our team uploads the custom changes and updates to your production server.
8. Our service doesn't stop here with our optional Maintenance Plan. We will continue to monitor, update, and upgrade your site as needed.
